Every day, our members contribute to the creation of the incredible buildings, spaces, and places in our cities and regions – in which our communities live, work, learn, and play. These projects can’t come to life without the people who design, develop and manage them, yet often we reward the project itself, without recognising the individuals or teams that made it possible.

We have several award categories to recognise the depth, expertise and skill of the Property Council membership.

The Property Council of Australia is honoured to welcome back a number of property, experts, plus a few new faces, who collectively form our esteemed judging panel,
and we are thrilled to call for nominations in the following categories.

All of the winners will be announced at our Property Awards Night Dinner to be held at Crown Perth on the Saturday 4th November 2023 at a lavish black tie gala event.
