Tanya Trevisan - Development Director at Frasers Property Australia

Tanya has over 30 years’ experience in the property development industry, focused primarily on the development of medium and high-density apartment and mixed-use built form. As a Frasers Properties WA Development Director and with a background as a registered Architect, she ensures a keen focus is maintained on promoting quality design outcomes that assist in delivering strong vibrant communities. Prior to joining Frasers Property in January 2021, Tanya spent 11 years with Iris Residential in a variety of executive roles including as Chief Operating Officer. Tanya was WA President of the Property Council of Australia and a director of the National Board of Property Council from 2017 - 2019.

Ray Haeren  - Group Director - Urban Planning - Urbis

 

Ray is an Urban and Regional Planner with more than 19 years’ experience in the government and private sectors. Ray entered into private consulting in 2005 after being the Director for Planning and Sustainability at the City of Gosnells. Ray has a broad range of experience in statutory and strategic planning with particular expertise in policy development facilitation and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

 

 

Kylee Schoonens - Director and Registered Architect – Fratelle Group

Kylee is Director of Fratelle and has been working in the industry for over 20 years, and in that time has worked on a number of significant projects across WA with experience in  sectors including residential, mixed use, aged care, civic, retail, hospitality and heritage projects. She is leading a national expansion through Fratelle’s joint venture with Rothelowman and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Kylee holds a number of leadership and advocacy roles within the industry, including as a Non-Executive Director for Bethanie and Chair of the Bethanie Housing Limited, a former Director of DevelopmentWA and is also a Residential Committee member with the Property Council of Australia (WA Division) and a Business News 40under40 winner.

Paige Walker - President Property Council WA. General Manager, Residential - Mirvac

With over 15 years’ experience in the property sector in both Victoria and Western Australia, Paige has worked extensively across areas including development, construction and marketing. Since 2016, Paige has led Mirvac’s residential business in WA as Residential Development Director and General Manager Residential. From acquisition through to delivery, Paige is responsible for the $0.7 billion development pipeline of apartments and master-planned communities. With a number of successful and high profile projects, Paige has delivered defining developments such as Claremont by Mirvac, Latitude Leighton Beach and the Peninsula Burswood. Currently, Paige is President of the WA Property Council of Australia and has been an active member of the Women in Leadership Mentoring Program since its inception. Paige holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, a Master of Property from RMIT University and is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Richard Kilbane - Vice-President Property Council WA. General Manager, Hawaiian

Richard Kilbane joined Hawaiian in 2005 and has worked in a number of roles with his current position being General Manager, Office Buildings. Richard has been involved in the management of infrastructure and building projects, together with their asset management for more than 20 years. During this time, he has been responsible for development and operation of notable Perth assets such as Claremont Quarter, Parmelia Hilton and Bishops See. Richard is currently the Vice President of the Property Council of Australia (WA). Richard holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) and in 2014 completed the General Management Programme at Harvard.

 

 

Lee Lawler - Director, CBRE

Lee has 16 years’ experience in the property industry, specialising in the Perth retail sector at CBRE for the last 13 years. Over this time, she has managed various types of retail and commercial assets throughout WA providing high levels of service delivering valuable outcomes to a wide range of landlords and tenants and the communities in which they occupy. Lee has gained extensive knowledge of all facets of property and the Perth market and is now responsible for leading CBRE’s Retail Property Management in WA.

Brett Wilkins - Director, Ray White Commercial

Brett Wilkins has over 35 years' of amazing experience in local and international real estate, with a fantastic track record in building and operating real estate businesses, developing and mentoring sales teams, acquiring and developing real estate portfolios, and transacting with major real estate clients.

Brett was a National partner at Jones Lang Wootton, the founding CEO of the Hawaiian Group, Executive Director at EY and more recently has spent 4 years at Ray White Commercial leading their Insolvency Property services team.

 

 

 

Ross Duckham - Senior Associate, Hatch RobertsDay

Ross has 20 years’ experience in property and urban planning, providing thought leadership and strategic advice to a variety of clients. He has led a number of multi-disciplinary teams on greenfield and infill projects, and has a passion for innovation. For the last four years he has been WA’s representative judge in the Property Council’s national Innovation and Excellence Awards.

Ian Armstrong - Director - Property, Perron Group

Mr Armstrong joined the Perron Group in 1973 and has played a pivotal role in the acquisition, development and ongoing management of the extensive retail, commercial and land development property portfolio.  He has been recognised for his contribution to the property industry by being awarded Life Membership of the WA division of the Property Council of Australia. Mr Armstrong is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  He was Chief Executive Officer of Perron Group from 1995 to 2010.  

Steven Yovich - Independent Consultant

Steven is an experienced property professional having previously worked with property development, property management and construction companies. Steven now works as an independent consultant undertaking assignments and providing advice on property and construction matters to both Private Enterprises and Government Departments. Steven is a former National Director, Chairman of Finance Committee and Western Australian President of the Property Council.
